I learned first-hand that the longest journey is from the head to the heart. I found my path to the heart through process-oriented psychology and now offer counselling, coaching, and courses to individuals, NDIS participants, and organisations.

For the last ten years, I've been helping people become more aware of the underlying psychological issues that may be preventing them from having the life they want through trauma-informed, holistic strategies. The sessions may include art, movement, sand-play, role-play, music, and Indigenous earth-based practices for whole-brain regulation.

The most rewarding aspect of my work has been hearing how much I've improved my clients' lives. This is closely followed by the opportunity to present public talks and writing about mental health.

My qualifications include a BSc (Biochemistry), a Graduate Diploma in trauma-informed Processwork Psychotherapy, a Diploma in clinical Resource Psychotherapy, and a Diploma in clinical Hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy. I consider myself a continual learner and share what I learn.  In saying this, my wisest teachers have been my children, animals, clients, community and nature herself.  

I am a Registered Practising Counsellor with PACFA, a member of the International Coaching Federation, SERVAS International and Mental Health First Aid Australia where I work to deliver mental health first aid programs to teens, teachers, community groups and workplaces.
