Hi, I’m Vicki. I am a fully registered art psychotherapist, with a range of experience across services in England and Australia.

Art Therapy is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, gender, or the challenges they face. I have special training and experience supporting adults and children with PTSD, as well as helping neurodivergent clients (such as those with ASD or ADHD). I’m passionate about empowering clients personal expression, especially those dealing with situational mutism, anxiety, or difficulties in building self-esteem and confidence.

I believe Art Therapy is a powerful tool that can make a real difference in people’s lives. It helps calm the body, re-program the brain, and has the potential to create incredibly positive changes. That’s why I founded SOAR Art Therapy—to offer the highest quality service to help clients reach their wellbeing goals. Client's don't need any prior experience in art making, it is the same as talk therapy except we can use the creative process to understand and remove the barriers that talk therapy can miss.
