I have more than 15 years of experience giving therapy, attending problems such as depression, anxiety, stress, anger, relationship and emotional issues, etc. I have been focusing my work on adolescents, adults and couples. I have experience in psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavior therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Mindfulness. I am passionate about helping people find that balance between their emotions and the challenges of daily life, seeking the skills they have internally to overcome their problems.
