This training program consists of four core elements, ensuring a well-rounded and practical learning experience. 1. Pre-course Study. Before the face to face workshop, participants will:
  • Read the Practice of Clinical and counselling Supervision (2025, Third Edition) by Pelling and Armstrong. This foundation text introduces key theories and concepts of supervision.
  • Complete a 20-question quiz on the textbook content (minimum 90 % pass mark required).
  • Write a reflective  essay based on insights gained from the textbook.
  • Watch 2 video’s and Respond : Video 1: Overview of supervision theories, followed by a 20-question quiz. Vide0 2 : Demonstration of the STEPPING UP Model’s first session, with related exercises.
  • Completion of all pre-course requirements is mandatory to proceed to the  3 day workshop phase.
