E-learning Course – for new supervisees working in allied health, nursing, counselling and social work. Enrolment in this course provides 12 months online access to all learning materials. Enrol online at any time.
This course provides information on how to get the most out of supervision. The course is divided into two main sections providing you with both theory and practical resources about how to prepare for supervision to enhance your learning experience. You will be provided with varied learning materials including videos, readings, links to resources and worksheets to use in supervision. Also included are reflective learning tasks and a short self-assessment. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion for 8 CPD learning points.

Christine Senediak BA (Hons), M Psychol (Clin), M Family Therapy
Christine Senediak is an accredited supervisor trainer and supervisor with nearly 40 years clinical, education and supervisory experience. She supervises widely providing individual, peer, group and organisational supervision to psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, counsellors and Allied health clinicians working in child and adolescent and family services, schools, adult mental health, drug health, gambling, sexual assault, cross cultural and trauma services. She divides her time between providing workshops and training in family therapy, counselling and supervision and clinical practice and supervision.
Within supervision, Christine employs a competency-based and reflective practice approach to supervision. She has a strong focus on enhancing self-awareness of relational issues between therapist, client and systems. Christine incorporates elements of systemic, cognitive behavioural, mindfulness and person-centered therapies in both clinical and supervisory contexts.
