I specialize in neurodiversity after having worked in the alcohol and other drug (AOD) sector, and in numerous Aboriginal identified roles.. My practice integrates a holistic, person-centered approach, with a particular focus on fostering culturally safe and inclusive environments for individuals and communities. I have extensive experience in clinical supervision, helping develop the skills of emerging professionals and supporting them in navigating the complexities of working with neurodiverse individuals, those impacted by substance use, and Aboriginal clients.
As a supervisor, I am committed to supporting fellow counselors who work within the neurodiversity sector. I aim to provide a space where you can explore the intersection of these fields, share insights, and gain the support you need to thrive in your practice. My goal is to foster an environment of shared learning, where counselors can reflect on their clinical experiences and grow professionally while embracing the unique challenges that come with working in these specialized areas.
