I am a non-judgemental, warm and compassionate counsellor who cares about helping people no matter what they bring. I have a keen understanding of family dynamics and find this can be beneficial in helping people make sense of their behaviour and habitual thought processes. I value these words a client once told me, “I trust Heather because she engages objectively and truthfully while being supportive and validating”. I provide counselling to and welcome people of all ages, cultures and family combinations - individuals, couples, families. I also run supervision groups for counsellors and groups for the superviion of supervisors.
