Hello!

My name is Laura Wozniak and my practice is True Reflection Counselling.

I am a registered counsellor and supervisor with the ACA. I am also a registered life coach and health coach.

I specialise in working with adults and young adults experiencing stress, overwhelm, anxiety and depression. 

My philosophy is that we all have the answers within that we seek, and sometimes we simply need support to bring those answers to the fore. My job is to simply bring a different reflection and to hold space for those answers to precipitate! We are all born whole and complete. No one is broken. We may lose our way at times, but that way is solidly inside all of us. 

I use a combination of evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, SFT, DBT, and somatic therapies to support clients.
