Life can be fulfilling and enjoyable, however there are times when we can feel confused, anxious or stuck. Despite our good intentions and hard work, we may still struggle to move forward. I provide counselling to individuals and couples with issues around relationship breakdowns, abuse, domestic & family violence, miscommunication, family breakdowns, parenting issues, depression, impacts of childhood trauma. Perhaps you're struggling with work related issues, or you have lost a significant loved and life has become difficult without them. I work from various counselling modalities where you are always the focus. I may use a person- centred, strength-based, solution focused, or family systems approach. I am a qualified and registered supervisor offering support to counsellors and social welfare professionals.
