I Work alongside Neurodiverse and
neurotypical Adults, Children, adults, and children, Individuals and family
systems that have experienced multiple and complex traumas from diverse
backgrounds and cultures from a large cross-section of the community.
Being deeply curious and looking
through a trauma-informed lens with an attachment-focused perspective, I work
within a range of different modalities and theories. I am a registered Counsellor/Psychotherapist
and Supervisor. I supervise individuals and facilitate monthly Group
supervision for practitioners, counsellors, and therapists from various parts
of the sector, private practice, small NGOs, and larger organisations.
The
foundations of my practice are integrity, compassion, relationships, strengths,
authenticity, and mutual respect. This foundation has afforded me many
therapeutic relationships with a wide cross-section of the population,
cultures, workplaces, and communities. The
work is challenging at times, with highs, lows, and everything in between, but
it is always a privilege.
