The Australian Counselling Association is conducting a Workforce Census to understand the employment and working conditions of counsellors in Australia. It aims to provide insight into the current state of the counselling workforce such as the qualifications held, experience and workload to help us build a picture of the capacity of the profession.

We have commissioned Survey Matters, an independent research agency, to conduct the research on our behalf, so you can be assured that answers will remain confidential. Individual responses will not be identified, responses will be reported in aggregate form.
