The Australian Counselling Research Journal (ACRJ) has returned, launching a new edition and a renewed commitment to high-quality, peer-reviewed counselling research.
This issue includes research from practitioners and scholars across Australia, examining how counsellors engage with emerging questions in theory, ethics, practice, and cultural responsiveness. It features an in-depth investigation into the role of intuition in clinical and supervisory settings, a study on the integration of counsellors in interdisciplinary spinal care clinics, and a culturally informed approach to Schema Therapy for clients from East Asian backgrounds.
With the relaunch, ACRJ also welcomes a new editorial committee:
- Esther Linder (Editor)
- Danielle Anderson (Editorial Coordinator)
- Professor Ebi Cocodia, Southern Cross University (Peer Reviewer)
- Dr Tom Edwards, University of Divinity (Peer Reviewer)
