The therapy is holistic and focuses on you and your goals. Together, we explore your strengths, innate skills and talents to increase your wellbeing. To empower you, we will expand your life's "toolbox" with empowering life skills, strategies and knowledge.
It can also help to understand how your thoughts affect your wellbeing, therefore we may target unhealthy beliefs, and ultimately changing your life by changing your thoughts. This is an effective, yet challenging process which requires both time and effort.
It may also be beneficial to learn mindfulness and other methods to accept, defuse and distract you from what causes you pain. Ultimately it is about facilitating ways for you to move forward towards the life you aspire to live.
The service is either in English or Swedish and I'm accessible all over the globe (except USA and Canada), either via video or phone counselling. Face to face service in Melbourne, Australia. For client's who having mobility difficulties I offer home service. Other service is walk and talks or a counselling space.
Counselling fee range between $90-120
