Holly is the founder of Hope Floats and committed to fostering emotional well-being. Whether working with young people to address anxiety or supporting individuals through the complexities of grief and loss. Holly brings warmth, professionalism, and understanding to each therapeutic relationship. Helping clients build resilience and discover coping strategies to navigate life’s difficulties. Holly uses her unique abilities to work with people to activate skills, shift perspectives and create positive change. Holly has experience in general counselling of women and children and has worked in a wellbeing role in a primary school. She enjoys working with concerns such as anxiety, anger, depression, work/life/rest balance, grief, loss, peer and friendship challenges, self esteem, emotional regulation and communication.
Holly is a trained Seasons for Growth companion and loves working with and educating children and groups around grief and loss.
Her special interests include children, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, PMDD, Perimenopause and parenting.
Holly's ultimate goal is for a client to be encouraged. To find the strength to pivot when needed, and to help rediscover hope if it’s been lost.
