Izumi is a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association, with over 8 years experiences.

She has worked in both public and private sectors and private practice.

She is passionate about supporting clients to overcome their challenges and take positive steps toward a better future through counselling. 

She always offers a non-judgemental and empathetic space to clients. Enhanced through her own experience, she has a profound understanding of and sensitivity to the issues of people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. 

She is able to assist her clients to function at their best and achieve their potential through making meaningful change in their lives. Her approach is both respectful and collaborative, taking into account each person’s unique circumstances.
