I am an experienced counsellor, and worked in Mareeba for seven years at Mareeba Community Centre (formerly MISC). I have worked in private practice for several years gaining more experience in working with people with mental health concerns, in family support, relationships, disability, domestic violence, life stages and changes, and anger management. I have provided face to face counselling, as well as phone and video sessions. I am currently employed by 1800Respect providing online and phone counselling to those impacted by domestic and family violence. I am passionate about working with people across status, age and culture, to assist them make their own decisions in their life challenges. I encourage autonomy and healthy introspection. I value honesty, ethics and integrity, and strongly believe we each have the capacity to chose our own path in life. I AM CURRENTLY NOT OFFERING PRIVATE COUNSELLING DUE TO WORK AND STUDY COMMITTMENTS.
