I’m a counsellor and coach with a science-backed, impact-driven approach that integrates psychotherapy, counselling, and self-leadership coaching. My work focuses on facilitating transformative conversations and programs that help people move from insight to action.

Who I Work With
I support capable, high-functioning individuals who are often carrying invisible emotional loads—people who appear to be coping but are quietly struggling under pressure. Many of my clients are navigating significant life changes, unprocessed trauma, grief, or the challenge of meeting everyone’s expectations but their own. They come to me when they’re ready—or at least curious—to explore the deeper drivers behind their thoughts, behaviours, and emotions.

• Over 20 years in business & leadership, mentoring school-based apprentices, and supporting clients under correctional orders

• Experienced facilitator of self-leadership programs focused on resilience and values-based living

• Dual degrees in Arts and Education, with a professional foundation in teaching

• Former elite athlete (NSW & Australian Touch Football representative)
