Josephine is a counsellor and family therapist with a unique
ability to bring clarity and structure to complex family dynamics. With a background in therapeutic practice and
experience in family law matters, Josephine works at the intersection of legal
and emotional challenges, supporting clients through high-conflict parenting
disputes, reunification processes, and co-parenting challenges. Known for a deep commitment to child
wellbeing, Josephine helps families navigate difficult transitions by creating pathways
that prioritise emotional safety, resilience, and sustainable arrangements. Drawing inspiration from the work of Sir Ken
Robinson, Josephine sees children not as problems to be solved, but as gifts to
be understood, helping parents and practitioners alike see differently, think
creatively, and work toward meaningful, lasting solutions.
