I have been providing natural health support to individuals and
families from my clinic on the Sunshine Coast for the better part of a decade. Although I'm based on the
Sunshine Coast, I also offer tele-health consultations to clients
around the world. My treatment is trauma informed and with this
understanding I am able to gently support my clients towards a better
health outcome. Trauma informed therapy coupled with a holistic approach
to healing incorporates physical, mental and emotional elements
specific to each individual's health situation. 

Specialising in trauma and
abuse recovery I offer a calm, safe, & non judgmental
space where you can start to make positive changes to your life. I incorporate various elements and tools to help establish proactive changes, rather than just rehashing the same old painful stories.
