I offer a supportive and empathetic space for individuals and couples navigating a variety of challenges, including anxiety, emotional regulation, identity, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I also work with families to help manage the pressures of everyday life, including parenting and schooling.
My approach is integrative and person-centred, combining strengths-based, evidence-based, and collaborative methods to help you explore your concerns in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Together, we’ll work towards meaningful, positive change that empowers you to move forward with confidence.
In addition to my counselling training, my pastoral care and community work (prison visit) background enriches my practice, helping me understand and address the emotional, spiritual, and relational aspects of healing. I am also gently growing my knowledge and interest in supporting neurodiverse children, particularly those with Autism and ADHD. I offer counselling in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and I’m committed to making sure you feel heard and understood, no matter the language you speak.
You can find me for in-person sessions in Macquarie Park or connect with me online or by phone for flexible support.
