Hello! As a former investment banker, I understand the pressures women and men face in competitive workplaces. I work with adult individuals, couples, and parents who juggle busy schedules while navigating life's challenges. My clients approach me to help them manage stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and self-esteem challenges. We work together to address relationship issues, career changes, and major life transitions. I also support individuals and couples who are adjusting to parenthood, motherhood (pre- and postpartum), and infertility (IVF treatments).

I use an integrated approach combining Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Person-Centered Therapy in order to support my clients most effectively.
