I have experience in supporting clients with depression, stress and anxiety, LGBTIQ+-related issues, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. With lived experiences of depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss, cancer, and parenting struggles and by overcoming them, I hope to journey with you in your healing and recovery with my heart, knowledge, and experience.  You do not have to walk the journey alone; my mission is to walk alongside you, understand you, recognise your potential, and support you in overcoming life's challenges. You have a voice, and I believe in your insights and strengths.
