I am a compassionate and dedicated registered Counsellor with a strong passion for supporting children, parents, and families.

With a background in early childhood education, psychology, and counselling, I have extensive experience helping children of all ages develop emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience in a warm, supportive space.

I also offer school observations and collaborate closely with teachers and families to help children thrive in their learning environments. My practice welcomes neurodiverse children, including those with ADHD, autism, and sensory processing differences.

In addition to working with children, I deeply value supporting parents and families in building positive and connected relationships. I understand the challenges of parenting and provide a safe, non-judgmental space where parents feel heard, supported, and empowered.

I offer both online and in-person sessions in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, providing flexible support tailored to your family’s needs.
