Empowering Your Unique Journey
As a counsellor, my approach is focused on creating a safe, empathetic, and confidential space where clients feel supported and empowered. I specialise in fostering emotional resilience and mental clarity, helping individuals reflect on their thoughts and emotions to create meaningful, lasting change. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management covering: change management, recruitment, psychometric assessments, training, employee counselling, mentoring and consulting across diverse private, government, family and community-based organisations in Australia, I bring a depth of expertise to my counselling practice. This rich background allows me to guide clients through personal and professional challenges with insight, understanding and practical strategies tailored to their unique needs.
Having lived through grief, loss, and many uncertainties in life, I bring a deep understanding of how overwhelming life’s challenges can be. Grounded in my lived experiences and the strategies that helped me navigate them, I am deeply committed to supporting others in building resilience and well-being. Whether you are facing struggles with self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, grief, change management, or adapting as an immigrant, I offer compassionate guidance to help you move forward. Additionally, I provide support for a broad range of matters including anger management, parenting challenges, relationship hurdles, workplace stress, career burnout, and navigating major life transitions. Together, we will cultivate resilience, clarity, and purpose, so you won’t have to face these challenges alone.
In our work, I draw upon a variety of therapeutic approaches as required, including:
- Person-Centred Therapy
(PCT) - Cognitive Behavioural
Therapy (CBT) - Acceptance and Commitment
Therapy (ACT) - Solution-Focused Therapy
(SFT) - Narrative Therapy (NT)
- Mindfulness-Based Therapies
(MBT) - Body, Mind and Soul Connection
Strategies (BMSC)
I personalise each
session to meet the unique needs of my clients, offering a holistic approach
that fosters growth and healing in a way that best supports you.
