Having endured over three decades of betrayal within my own marriage, chronicled in my memoir "Beyond Betrayal 28 Years, Lies-Deceit-Infidelity," I intimately understand the complexities and emotional turmoil associated with infidelity. Back in 1993, there was scant support available for affair recovery, which spurred my determination to integrate lived experience with professional tools to assist others in healing from similar wounds.
