Integrating counselling and natural medicine to provide down to earth mental health support, combining person-centred therapy and a holistic understanding of the mind-body connection.
I support individuals who have come to a point in their life where things are “just not right”, whether it is a general feeling of dissatisfaction, loss of meaning, or a specific situation causing them significant distress (e.g. issues in relationships, workplace, health, …). Opening a safe space to share what is going on is a first step towards feeling better and moving forward. Sometimes, exploring past events and emotions brings an understanding that can soothe and help to let go. When you are ready, I work with you to better understand your context, resources and obstacles, and help you build a more grounded and meaningful life.
As a qualified clinical naturopath, I also provide natural medicine to improve your health fully, considering both your mind and body. This involves therapies as diet and lifestyle counselling, nutritional medicine, herbal medicine, and giving you knowledge and skills that will empower you to take charge of your own health and wellbeing.
My approach is person-centred and trauma-aware. This means that we will meet in a caring and non-judgmental space where I will help you understand yourself more fully, work out your best options, and develop your own inner resources. Feel free to reach out for a quick chat to make contact and decide whether I could be the right fit for you.
