My non-judgemental, caring and friendly approach allows individuals, couples, and families to feel safe, understood and heard. Openly exploring clients concerns, finding solutions, and helping to improve general wellbeing. Therapy sessions are tailored to each client with the use of a range of approaches including strength-based, solution-focused, and person-centred therapies. My knowledge, personal and life experience in trauma, eating disorders, parenting, relationships and life stressors allow me to support clients with compassion and care. I provide counselling support face-to-face, via the Internet and phone for a wide range of issues including:• relationship counselling• parenting & family issues• abuse and trauma• anxiety• stress management• depression• communication skills• grief and lossEnquiries are welcome and I am happy to provide further details about what to expect from an effective counselling session.
