Rach is registered Counsellor (ACA Level 4), with a special interest in supporting children with neurodiversity and anxiety through play. With many years experience in counselling, family support and community education, Rach brings a wealth of knowledge and an integrated style of practice.

Rach emphases building safety, security and connection in the counselling space. She is certified in Autplay, (play therapy for neurodiverse children), Clinical Anxiety Treatment and is trained in Animal Assisted Therapy.

Rach also offers professional supervision for counsellors as a member of the ACA College of Supervisors, offering one to one and group supervision. New group supervision dates have been released on the website.
