After a decade of working closely with mothers and babies as a pediatric nurse, and more recently supporting individuals struggling with alcohol and substance abuse as a counsellor, each step of my journey has deepened my understanding of the complex layers of mental health and the diverse needs of those I support.
Throughout my practice, I have completed my Diploma of Counselling, become certified in Family Domestic Violence, Mental Health First Aid, and Perinatal Mental Health—areas that have significantly shaped my approach to counselling. These experiences have enabled me to connect and support my clients on a deep level.
I offer a warm, compassionate, and client-centered approach to counselling. Whether you're navigating past trauma, managing stress, or seeking support with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, perinatal or postnatal depression, or relationship issues, I am here to provide support. I can offer you guidance and help you work toward healing and personal growth.
Reach out to begin your journey toward better mental health in a safe, supportive environment.
