With over a decade of experience working closely with families at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital as a Nurse, I have dedicated my career to counselling individuals in need of compassionate support and guidance.
I am committed to providing inclusive, non-judgmental care for people from all walks of life. With previous experience including supporting neurodivergent individuals, the LGBTQA+ community and those suffering from addiction.
Whether you're navigating the stress of parenthood, struggling with anxiety or depression, or dealing with complex family dynamics, I’m here to support individuals, adolescents, and families through their most challenging times with empathy, respect, and genuine care.
I offer guidance and support to help you identify your strengths and challenges, set meaningful goals, and develop practical strategies to achieve lasting change.
Through evidence-based techniques, I can help you cultivate gratitude, build resilience, and foster optimism—supporting you in developing a more positive outlook on life and enhancing your overall well-being.
