I'm a somatic and creative arts psychotherapist, educator, and facilitator with over 10 years’ experience specialising in intimacy, sexuality, relationships, trauma, embodiment, and consent. I design and lead educational and experiential group workshops on touch, communication, somatic play, consent, and expressive arts—working with adults and adolescents across Australia.

I’m the founder of Consent Craft, an initiative that offers a fresh, embodied approach to consent education. Grounded in somatic practices and creative arts therapies, Consent Craft supports people in building the real-world skills needed to navigate relationships with clarity, confidence, and care. Through interactive workshops, online courses, coaching, and organisational consultations, I help individuals and groups develop self-awareness, set boundaries, communicate more effectively, and make empowered, ethical choices in all areas of life. At the heart of this work is the belief that consent is not just something you give or get—it’s something you craft, through practice, presence, and relational skill.

I am a Certified Wheel of Consent® Facilitator and recently completed a research project exploring young adults’ experiences with the Wheel of Consent®, which I plan to publish. My work is grounded in a commitment to trauma-informed, inclusive, and creative approaches to learning—drawing on diverse influences such as polyvagal theory, life and intimacy coaching, sexology, LGBTQIA+ topics, kink, polyamory, social justice, theatre, and embodied arts-based practices.
