Hello, I’m Yuchen. My therapy space is a compassionate and creative environment where exploration of emotions and experiences is welcomed. I specialize in integrating various therapeutic approaches guided by my core principles of centering client’s needs, working with both the mind and the body for holistic healing, guided by evidence-based approaches and neuroscience principles and values social justice. My approach is culturally sensitive and tailored to support each client’s journey towards healing and growth.

SPECIALTIES:
I specialize in Synergetic Play Therapy, creating a nurturing space for children to heal and express themselves through play. I have extensive experience supporting children impacted by trauma, with mental health complications and neurodiversity.
I am also experienced in supporting adult clients through counselling and expressive therapies. As a counsellor, I am passionate in creating space and support for individuals through life challenges and bring healing of the mind and the body.
