Introducing Our New Digital Registration Cards
We are thrilled to announce that the rollout of our Digital Registration Cards is well underway! A number of you are already enjoying this new feature.
This digital transformation is part of our commitment to sustainability, replacing the previously issued printed cards with an eco-friendly alternative. The new cards are not only greener but also more convenient and versatile.
What You Need to Know
If you’re asked to provide evidence of your registration, to your employer, an employee assistance program provider, private health fund or anyone else, to verify your registration – simply share a screenshot of your digital card and share along with a link to our website.Â
For members noticing a blank photo on their card, head over to your member portal and upload an image in the Personal Bio section. Once updated, your digital card will reflect any changes instantly, whether it’s a renewal, a photo update, or a registration level upgrade.

If you are registered with ACA, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download the Digital Registration Card onto your device wallet.Â
Future Developments
One exciting feature you’ll notice on your digital card is a QR code. This is part of a planned functionality enhancement set to launch in 2025, making the digital card even more useful.
