Certificate in Clay Field Therapy with Adults, Apollo Bay
Description:
Clay Field Therapy is touch therapy, a breakthrough modality, endorsed by leading somatic experts. A box filled with clay, water and a sponge provide the simple setting for discovering safe relationships and the fulfilment of vital needs. The resistant clay provokes an instant feedback loop between physical interaction with the world at hand and its sensory resonance within the individual. Built on five decades of clinical evidence, this work fosters the development of new neurological pathways that can bypass traumatic memories to restore wholeness and wellbeing.
The four weekends are not identical with the tutorials for the Clay Field Therapy Training with Children; rather it is an essential part of the full Clay Field Therapy Training. Adults have different and more complex needs in being accompanied at the Clay Field. The hands-on nature of these in-person weekends allows a distinct focus on personal development and practicing co-counselling to be able to facilitate this modality for clients.
