Module 1 What is Stress?
  • Complete a stress test to gage stress levels.
  • Identify different types of stress and explore ways to reduce workload and increase free time.
  • Learn how to regulate the body.
  • Explore how distorted thinking can add to or increase stress.

  • Learn what is self care is and why it is important?
  • Identify the 3 pillars of self care
  • Understand the difference is between mindfulness and grounding
  • Explore ways to incorporate healthy boundaries and learn to say no.

  Module 3 Embark on a 5-week guided self-care plan, including a stress and self-care workbook.
