Everyday Clarity

  Profile

Your mind isn’t the enemy — it’s just untrained. Let’s tame it together with mindfulness skills for a clearer, calmer, and more meaningful life.

Life can feel that funny mix of frantic and heavy when your mind is always switched on. Many people describe exhaustion that sleep won’t fix — the kind that comes from overthinking, burnout, or the pressures of an “always-available” culture.

My counselling and mindfulness-based coaching are about helping you step out of those loops and reconnect with what steadies you. This isn’t about stopping thoughts or chasing constant calm. It’s about loosening the grip of unhelpful mental patterns, creating breathing space, and allowing more of life to reach you.

I support adults who are:

  • feeling anxious or caught in loops of overthinking

  • struggling with burnout or mental fatigue

  • facing life transitions or a sense of disconnection

  • seeking steadiness, clarity, or more meaning in daily life

Services (online, Australia-wide):

  • Counselling (60 minutes) – $140

  • Mindfulness Coaching (60 minutes $110 / 30 minutes $60)

  • Combined Counselling & Coaching (90 minutes) – $190

  • Free 20-minute initial consult

In-person sessions available from mid-January on Mondays in Canberra.

My approach is collaborative, encouraging, and skills-based. To help you feel steady and supported between sessions, I’m generous with resources — offering guided practices, reflection tools, and written materials.

Background: I bring many years of experience in government and public policy, combined with a Master of Counselling and current work as a Lifeline crisis supporter. I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, person-centred and compassion-focused approaches, always tailored to each individual.
