I am a counsellor specialising in men’s mental health. I work from a humanistic perspective, focusing on each individual’s potential for growth, self-awareness, and personal meaning. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and creating a non-judgmental space where men can explore their emotions and challenges freely. I believe in the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship, one where clients feel supported and understood.
I help men address a wide range of issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, anger management, and life transitions. I recognize that societal pressures can make it difficult for men to seek help, and I aim to break down these barriers, encouraging open emotional expression and self-reflection.
I adopt evidence-based techniques in journeying with men to try and help them gain clarity, build resilience, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
