The therapeutic modalities I draw upon have an experiential, body-orientated focus, including; eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), focusing and transpersonal art therapy and person-centred therapy. These psychotherapy approaches can assist in addressing the core issues, which are often beyond conscious awareness.
Other modalities I use that are effective in behaviour change include mindfulness-based cognitive behaviour therapy, Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused, positive psychology and motivational interviewing and narrative therapy.
All these therapies are founded on me being genuine and present to you, hearing you and supporting you towards the change you desire.
