With over ten years of experience, Gabriele has helped international students, trauma survivors, and those navigating major life changes. He began his professional journey creating community platforms that connect people and foster education in Australia. Today, he combines business skills with formal training in counselling, evidence-based therapies, yoga teaching, and Reiki practice.
Gabriele’s approach integrates CBT, ACT, Solution Focused Therapy, and mindfulness, always with trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care. He is passionate about providing practical support, measurable outcomes, and authentic connection for those facing anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment, and emotional challenges.
Online and on the Gold Coast, Gabriele offers counselling, coaching, and workshops on mental health, emotional regulation, and wellbeing. He speaks English and Portuguese fluently, working across cultures and backgrounds.
