I am a counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice in Sydney, offering psychoanalytic therapy for adults in person and online across Australia.
My work is grounded in psychoanalysis — an approach attentive not only to what is said, but to what returns, repeats, or resists being put into words. Rather than focusing on strategies or immediate solutions, sessions provide a space to speak freely, allowing patterns to become visible and understanding to emerge at your own pace.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relational difficulties, and the impact of past experiences on present life. These are starting points for exploration, not fixed categories. From a psychoanalytic perspective, symptoms carry meaning and are understood in relation to each person’s history.
Central to my practice is a commitment to confidentiality, ethical conduct, and a respectful, non-judgemental relationship between therapist and client. Sessions are weekly, 50 minutes, and available in Sydney (in person) or online across Australia.
An initial 50-minute consultation is available without fee — a chance to speak, ask questions, and consider whether this feels like the right fit.
