I am a neuro-affirming counsellor and narrative practitioner with a passion for using gaming as a therapeutic tool to foster connection, resilience, and meaning-making. In sessions, I draw from narrative therapy, DBT,CBT, ACT and mindfulness, to create engaging and collaborative spaces where clients can explore identity, relationships, and personal growth through their favorite games or talk therapy. I work with all ages, integrating storytelling, re-authoring, and immersive digital worlds to support wellbeing. I aim to create space for those who are seeking more traditional talk therapy, integrating your hobbies and values into our sessions together.
