I work with EMDR, ACT, MiCBT, CBT, SFBT, NT and other approaches, primarily focusing on adults who are at a juncture in life, and are contemplating what to do "next". I also specialise in dealing with the symptoms of anxiety, depression and high levels of stress.
Experience as counsellor and coach since 2005; before that: over 9 years' experience as barrister and solicitor in the Netherlands.
