Brandon, with over 10 years of experience in disability, mental health, and education, leads group workshops for teenagers. He empowers them to manage anxiety, build self-esteem, boost confidence, and overcome depression. Using Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, Brandon provides tailored support to meet each teenager's unique needs.
