I feel privileged to offer integrative, trauma-informed and evidence-based counselling, health and wellbeing services across the Adelaide CBD, Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu Peninsula and online.

My aim is to support clients in regaining balance, improving emotional wellbeing, strengthening relationships and building confidence to navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and self-awareness.

I also provide professional counselling supervision, offering a supportive and reflective space for practitioners to enhance clinical skills, ethical practice, professional growth and confidence within their work ~ Sue.
