Fionna works with people navigating life transitions, chronic health conditions, and the emotional weight that comes with long-term physical challenges. Whether clients are adjusting to a new diagnosis, managing ongoing pain or fatigue, or finding their way after a major life shift, she offers a space to process what's happening: not just in the mind, but in the body and nervous system too.
Her approach integrates CBT, ACT, existential therapy, and solution-focused therapy with nervous system regulation, breathwork, and gentle movement practices. She works from a person-centred foundation, which means clients set the pace and direction. Fionna is particularly interested in how our bodies hold stress, grief, and uncertainty, and how working somatically can create pathways forward when talking alone isn't enough.
Fionna holds a Bachelor of Medical Science (Neuroscience), Masters in Business Administration (EMBA), Diploma of Counselling, and is a qualified yoga teacher. She is registered with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT) and is currently studying a Masters in Counselling.
She understands what it's like to live with complexity: medically, emotionally, and practically. Her work is about helping clients gain the clarity and confidence to navigate life's challenges.
