Sandra provides counselling for individuals and offers
psychoeducation on mental health in the workplace.
Counselling areas of expertise include support for anxiety,
depression, trauma, grief & loss, stress management, burnout, cultural
adjustment, career guidance, workplace stress, anger management, domestic &
family violence, high risk crisis and at risk.
Therapeutic support focuses a person-centred approach
through trauma informed and culturally sensitive communication. Sandra
values forming genuine therapeutic relationships with clients backed by
evidence, using well researched, trusted clinical approaches that work with individuals’
goals, priorities, personal strengths, capacity, values and resources.
With years of professional expertise working in helping
professions such as consulting, training and management, Sandra’s gone full
circle towards a natural passion for human services and psychology, redirecting
a career into this field.
Sandra is a Trainer for Lifeline Corporate and Lifeline DV
Alert programs, facilitating delivery to Front Line workers across Queensland
and the Northern Territory and works in wellness for Government funded services.
