Hi!I am Tahira and I love to support women who have people pleasing tendencies. If you find it difficult to set your boundaries, struggle to say no and are overworked and drained as a result of fitting in and playing small and it has begun to impact various areas of your life then we can have a chat. I bring culturally informed lens to my practice and like to offer a safe and non-judgemental space for people to explore their lives. I look forward to hearing from you!
