I offer a safe and supportive environment to help you navigate life’s obstacles. My goal is your growth. Through counselling and clinical hypnotherapy, we empower you to achieve your goals. My approach is in depth and comprehensive.

Offering child counselling for kids age 5 and above, individual counselling and Gottman certified for couples counselling. 

Sessions are offered face-to-face, online or via telephone.
