Profile

I am a psychotherapist-counsellor that uses a person-centered and holistic approach to help people foster change and move towards healing.  My approach is attachment focused and uses Prepare/Enrich as well as Gottman's method for couples counselling.

My journey started as a music therapist working with neurodiverse needs and spent many years as a teacher in mainstream and special needs unit at both primary and high schools as well as SSP.  This provided me a wealth of experience with mental health, special needs and the neurodiverse population.
