ACA Level 3 counsellor trained in person-centred therapy (Master in Counselling), Narrative Therapy (Narrative Therapy Level 1 - Dulwich Centre), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) - Trauma informed ACT, ACT for depression and anxiety and ACT for ADHD (Psychwire/Russ Harris). I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent people, with significant experience working with ADHD and Autistic people.
Over many years, I have engaged in my own personal therapy and have read widely. I draw upon ideas and practices from Narrative therapy (Michael White), somatic therapy (Peter Levine), Internal Family Systems (Richard Schwartz), Compassionate Inquiry (Gabor Maté).
I charge $120 for a 50-minute meeting, and offer sliding scale pricing for those in need.
I have an active provider number with most private health insurance providers (BUPA, Medibank, HCF, AHM and all ARHG funds), should you wish to claim a rebate from your insurers.
