I offer a calm, supportive space where your needs and goals guide our work, and we go at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and respectful of your experiences. I don't believe in fixing people — I work to understand you and what has shaped you, including relationships, early experiences, culture, and identity.
My particular focus is women's mental health and supporting neurodivergent adults, including people with autism, ADHD, or both. I hold specialist training in these areas and bring a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed approach. I also work with cultural identity, intergenerational expectations, and belonging across cultures. Sessions are available in English or Malay.
I use well-established approaches — including CBT, DBT, and ACT — and adapt them to suit you. I'm also trained in crisis support, suicide intervention, and domestic and family violence response (LivingWorks, Mental Health First Aid, Lifeline-accredited training).
I work with adults aged 18 and over. Sessions are available in person in Denman Prospect (Canberra, ACT), Murrumbateman (NSW), and online across Australia. A free 10-minute chat is available before booking. You're welcome to get in touch if this feels like a good fit.
